캐디안, ‘하노버 메세’ 출격…글로벌 CAD 공략 본격화

인공지능(AI) 기반 CAD·BIM·디지털트윈 전문기업 캐디안(CADian)은 오는 20일부터 24일까지 독일 하노버에서 열리는 세계 최대 산업 전시회 ‘하노버 메세(Hannover Messe) 2026’에 참가해 글로벌 CAD 시장 공략을 본격화한다고 밝혔다.

캐디안은 이번 전시를 통해 기존 글로벌 CAD 시장의 높은 비용 구조와 복잡한 설계 환경을 혁신하는 ‘차세대 CAD 솔루션’을 전면에 내세운다.

특히 이번 전시에서 캐디안은 AI 기반 설계 및 자동 적산 기술 ‘AI-CE(AI-Cost Estimation)’ 솔루션을 선보인다. AI-CE는 이미지(jpg, png) 도면 또는 DWG 캐드 도면을 AI가 객체 인지 및 추론 과정을 통해 빠르고 정확하게 분석해 도면 재생성, 필요한 객체 탐지, 자동 BOM (Bill of Material) 산출 작업까지 수행한다. 

전문가가 도면을 눈으로 확인하고 수작업으로 물량 산출하는 기존의 노동 집약적 프로세스에서 벗어나 신속하고 정확한 견적 산출을 통해 건설사의 프리콘(Pre-con) 역량을 극대화하고 수주 성공률을 높이는 핵심 전략 자산이다.

또 이번 하노버 메세에서 캐디안은 대표 제품인 ‘CADian Pro’와 ‘CADian Classic’을 공개하며 고성능·고호환·저비용이라는 3대 경쟁력을 집중 부각할 방침이다.

‘CADian’은 완벽한 DWG 양방향 호환성과 오토캐드와 유사한 사용자 환경을 기반으로, 별도의 교육 없이 즉시 실무 투입이 가능하다. 특히 기존 글로벌 CAD 대비 약 80% 수준의 비용 절감 효과를 제공하는 영구 라이선스 모델을 통해 기업의 총소유비용(TCO)을 획기적으로 낮춘다.

‘CADian Pro’는 한층 더 진화된 설계 자동화 기능을 제공한다. LISP, VBA, .NET 등 산업 표준 API를 높은 수준으로 지원해 반복 설계 작업을 자동화하고, 기업 맞춤형 설계 환경 구축이 가능하다. 

빠른 속도와 안정성을 바탕으로 로봇·스마트팩토리 환경에서 즉각적인 생산성 향상을 지원한다. 특히 최신 버전에 추가된 스마트 치수 및 스마트 상세도 기능은 반복 작업을 몇 번의 클릭만으로 수행할 수 있도록 해 설계 효율성과 도면 품질을 동시에 끌어올렸다는 평가다. 

캐디안은 이번 전시에서 단순한 CAD 소프트웨어를 넘어 ‘설계부터 제조까지 연결하는 디지털 엔지니어링 플랫폼’ 비전을 제시한다. CAD 데이터를 기반으로 자동화 설비, 제조 공정, 운영 시스템까지 연결하는 통합 설계 환경을 구현한다는 전략이다.
